A lot of things have changed over the last couple of months. Jordan is talking more and more everyday, and blows me away with the things she comes up with/repeats. In exactly 1 month from today she will be 2 years old.
Bryce and I decided that we wanted to have another baby, and after a little bit of trying, we have succeeded. I figured since we have told both of our families, I can go ahead and post it in the blog. I am currently 7 weeks along, with an EDD of January 6th 2011. Depending on the time/day you ask Jordan she is either excited to be a big sister or just tells you "NO" when you say anything about the baby. We are definately excited about it, but secretly, I keep wondering what I have gotten myself into, I am SCARED to death about taking care of 2 kids. Who knows where or if we will even be into Potty training with Jordan by the time the new baby is here, meaning a possibility of 2 kids in diapers. YUCK! But I know that when the time comes I will be on board, and wouldn't trade it for anything in the world. As much joy as I have gotten from Jordan, my life will be more full that I ever could have guessed, with 2 beautiful kids.
My first appointment with the OB isn't until June 15th, I will be sure to keep updated as much as I can remember with my pregnancy brain that I apparently already have. I have chosen to switch my doctor. I absolutely loved Dr Robinson for the 5+ years I went to her, however it doesn't make sense for me to continue with an OB who is downtown when I no longer work downtown. It was more convenient, which was the reason I went to her in the first place. Now that I work within blocks of my house, I decided to find one closer, and it was easy as pie to find someone who knew a good one out here, since Ariane is pregnant too. She is about 6 weeks ahead of me, and has been seeing a Dr at Riverton Hospital, who I am now scheduled to see, and will be delivering at Riverton as well. (I really didn't want to be driving up the hill to LDS Hospital in the middle of winter/possible storm in labor anyway.)
I hope that everything is GREAT with all of you, and hopefully I will be able to be a better blogger through out this pregnancy.
